FREDERIC CASTIER

Frederic has a master’s degree in business administration. With more than 30 years of management, international relations, security, and defence experience, in both France and the United States, he was selected by the Prime Minister who offered him to follow training at the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale where he was appointed auditor. His experience in the public administration gives him a vision of the issues that he can now share.

SECURITY

Protection of the population, including the measures to be put in place during exceptional events such as a pandemic; Risk management / Crisis management; Adaptation of emergency plans; Acquiring and distributing the health resources that can be mobilized to deal with identified threats; Workplace safety, including all the measures for preventing collective and individual risks, which are more or less developed according to the culture of prevention and protection of people.

DEFENCE

His experience also covers the following sensitive areas : National security and international relations. Anticipation; dentification and prevention of threats and risks such as the impact of climate change and the protection of the marine environment on defence and security issues; Study and specification of the strategy to be adopted within the framework of the geopolitical context; Information management for the organization ; Animation of the feedback process (RETEX); Declination of cybersecurity issues; Communication and organization of events: articles, delegation visits.

BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Frédéric has also developed skills in the following areas : Audit / Organization management / Information management / Team or project management / HR: training, evaluation, which also includes all aspects of operations management, as well as related areas including strategic planning, accounting, finance, marketing; Definition of knowledge sharing tools, identification and dissemination of good practices (benchmarking); Identify cost reduction opportunities as well as performance, policy and program improvement opportunities.
